Ensurge Micropower ASA - Registration of Share Capital Increase

Reference is made to the announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company")
on 8 November 2022 regarding a successful private placement of shares, through
an allocation of 18,256,183 new shares in Tranche 1 and an allocation of
9,243,817 new shares in Tranche 2, for total gross proceeds (i.e. both tranches)
of approximately NOK 55 million. Further reference is made to the announcement
on 1 December 2022 regarding the approval of the share capital increase related
to Tranche 2 by the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 December
2022.

The share capital increase associated with Tranche 2 has now been duly
registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital
increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 241,786,213.02 divided into
244,228,498 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.99.

The shares in Tranche 2 will be transferred to the Company's ordinary ISIN and
be tradable on the Oslo Børs under the ticker code "ENSU" upon approval and
publication of a prospectus.
