Oslo, 12 December 2022: The attached information document (the "Information
Document") has been prepared by Energeia AS (“Energeia” or the “Company”) solely
for the use in connection with the admission to trading of the shares in the
Company on Euronext Growth Oslo (the "Admission").
The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo is
expected to be tomorrow, 13 December 2022, under the ticker "ENERG".
Fearnley Securities AS and Norne Securities AS have acted as Euronext Growth
Advisors in connection with the Admission. Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS has acted
as legal counsel to Energeia, while Advokatfirmaet Grette AS has acted as legal
counsel to the Euronext Growth Advisors.
