Resolution for deregistration of the bond issued by Sand Hill Petroleum B.V. from Nordic ABM

Sand Hill Petroleum B.V. has in letter dated 6 December 2022 applied for
deregistration of the company's bond from Nordic ABM accordance to the ABM rules
section 6.1 (2).

Oslo Stock Exchange has today passed the following resolution:

“The bond issued by Sand Hill Petroleum B.V. – SAHI01 PRO - will be deregistered
from Nordic ABM from 09.12.2022. The last day of listing will be 08.12.2022.“
