Major Shareholder Notification

On 8 December 2022, Pexip Holding ASA (Pexip) has been notified that the two
companies Stavanger Venture AS, a major shareholder in Pexip, and Radka Invest
AS have merged, thereby affecting its shareholding in Pexip.

Radka Invest AS, where Pexip board member Kjell Skappel holds 100% of the shares
and which has previously held 100% of the shares in Stavanger Venture AS, will
after the merge be a part of Stavanger Venture.

Following the merge, Stavanger Venture will increase its holdings in Pexip by
22,500 shares to 2,061,063 shares. This corresponds to 1.97% of shares in Pexip.
The total number of shares in Pexip held between the two companies remains
unchanged.

In addition, T.D. Veen AS, where Kjell Skappel is the CEO, holds 6,146,946
shares in Pexip and Veen Eiendom AS, where Kjell Skappel is CEO, holds 2,133,496
shares in Pexip.
