Reference is made to the announcement by Hynion AS (the "Company") on 30
November 2022 regarding the commencement of a partially underwritten rights
issue in the Company (the "Rights Issue"), with tradable subscription rights
being granted to existing shareholders (the "Subscription Rights").
Transfer of Subscription Rights
Primary insider Lars Amnell, chair of the board, has transferred 476 190
subscription rights as further detailed in the attached notification.
Primary insider Kurt Dahlberg, member of the board, has transferred 200 000
subscription rights as further detailed in the attached notification.
Primary insider Ulf Hafseld, CEO, has transferred 48 000 subscription rights as
further detailed in the attached notification.
