With reference to notification on 3 November 2022 regarding subscription to
Sparebanken Vest’s equity capital certificate savings program for employees.
Sparebanken Vest has now transferred 203,644 equity certificates from the bank's
own holding to the employees in accordance with their subscription in the
savings program.

Sparebanken Vest holds 108,255 equity certificates after this transfer of equity
capital certificates.

This information is subject to disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5-12
in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, cf. Section 4-2.
