Sparebanken Sør: Successful issuance of new senior preferred bonds

Sparebanken Sør has today issued two new senior preferred bonds with maturity 5
and 6 year. Coupon on the bonds has been set to 3month nibor+110bps and 3month
nibor +113bps respectively. Outstanding amount will be 500mnok in both tranches.
Payment date is 13th of December 2022. The bonds will be applied for listing on
Nordic ABM.
