Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

As a part of the share purchase programme for employees in 2022, the following
primary insiders have, on 7 December 2022, bought the following number of shares
at a price of NOK 101.7508 per share in Multiconsult ASA (Company):

· Grethe Bergly, CEO, purchased 900 shares,
following which she holds 44 392 shares in the Company

· Kari Nicolaisen, EVP HR & Corporate Communications, purchased 1 095 shares,
following which she holds 9 242 shares in the Company

· Leif Olav Bogen, EVP Region Norway, purchased 1 095 shares,
following which he holds 12 623 shares in the Company

· Kristin Olsson Augestad, EVP Region Oslo, purchased 1 095 shares,
following which she holds 14 888 shares in the Company

· Geir Juterud, EVP Project Director, purchased 1 095 shares,
following which he holds 11 866 shares in the Company

· Torben Halland Wedervang, employee representative on the board, purchased 1
095 shares,
following which he holds 5 398 shares in the Company

· Karine Gjersø, employee representative on the board, purchased 1 000 shares,
following which she holds 2 948 shares in the Company

· Arve Lønes, deputy employee representative on the board, purchased 1 095
shares,
following which he holds 6 184 shares in the Company


The transactions were based on a price of NOK 101.7508 per share, which is a 20
per cent discount of the volume-weighted average share price of NOK 127.1885 per
share traded on Oslo Børs in the period between 2 - 8 November 2022.
