First Mover Group: Distribution of shares to Bondholders

First Mover Group (the "Company") is a leading Nordic company helping companies
undergoing a relocation process.

Reference is made to the notice of a written resolution dated 1 June 2022,
pursuant to which the Issuer requested the Bondholders to approve certain
amendments to the bond terms dated 18 September 2019 as amended on 12 May 2021
(the "Proposal"). The Proposal was approved by the Bondholders on 17 June 2022.

As part of the Proposal, the Bondholders will receive 20% of the equity in the
Issuer. The shares in the Issuer have been registered in the CSD and will be
distributed on a pro rate basis to Bondholders (for zero onsideration) in
accordance with the procedures of the CSD as follows:

Number of shares to be distributed: 3,359,542 shares with ISIN NO 0012720905
Share pr Bond: |Each Bond will receive 0.01759 share (to be rounded down in
accordance with the procedures of the CSD)
Record Date: 12 December 2022
Settlement Date: 14 December 2022
