Reference is made to the publication by the Issuer on 29 November 2022 regarding
an event of default for the two following bond issues.

- Senior Secured NOK 1,350,000,000 Callable Open Bond Issue 2017/2022 with
ISIN NO0010808249 (the "Bonds")
- Senior Secured NOK 350,000,000 Callable Open Bond Issue 2017/2023 with ISIN
NO0010808256 (the "2L Bonds")

As a result, the principal and interest on the bonds have received separate
ISINs. The ISIN for the Bonds have been replaced with NO0012774118 (Principal)
and NO0012774134 (Interest).

The ISIN for the 2L Bonds is continued for the principal while interest are
recorded on the new ISIN NO0012774142.
