Christoffer Knudsen has tendered his resignation as CCO of GC Rieber Shipping to
pursue an alternative career opportunity. Mr. Knudsen remains with the Company
during the notice period. The search for his replacement will commence
immediately.

GC Rieber Shipping thanks Christoffer Knudsen for his valuable contributions to
the company for the last 9 years, and wishes him all the best in his future
endeavours.
