Sparebanken Vest has 1 December 2022 sold 1.44% of the shares in Brage Finans
AS, which corresponds to 1,974,262 of the shares and votes in the company. The
sale relates to shares transferred from Etne Sparebank to Sparebanken Vest in
connection with the merger between such banks.

Following the transaction, Sparebanken Vest’s ownership stake in Brage Finans AS
is 49.99%. Sparebanken Sør's shareholding in the company will increase from
23.43% to 24.87%.

Other shareholders in the company may use their right of first refusal, meaning
that the final ownership stake for Sparebanken Sør may be affected accordingly.
