Mandatory notification of trade

Sten Gustafson, chair of the board of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the
“Company”), has on 1 December 2022 sold a total of 200,000 shares in the Company
at a price of NOK 1.53 per share – i.e. an aggregate of NOK 306,000. Following
the transaction, Sten Gustafson holds 150,000 shares in the Company, equivalent
to 0.28% of the Company’s shares.

Please see attached notification form in accordance with the Market Abuse
Regulation article 19.
