Correction: KMC Properties – Mandatory notification of trade

Correction: Shares were purchased on the Oslo Stock Exchange and the purchase
was not related to the private placement.

Aglen Holding AS, close associate of Pål Magnus Aglen, chairman of the board of
directors of KMC Properties ASA and a person discharging managerial
responsibility (PDMR), has on, 30 November 2022 purchased 50,000 shares at a
price of NOK 6.77 per share.
