Completion of the merger between Sparebanken Vest and Etne Sparebank

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange notices dated 21 February 2022,
23 March 2022, 17 October 2022 and 17 November 2022.

Today, 1 December 2022, the merger between Sparebanken Vest and Etne Sparebank
has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and is
thus completed. Sparebanken Vest is the assignee bank.

Concurrently, the bank has also registered an equity certificate capital
increase totalling NOK 59 953 650 by issuance of 2 398 146 equity certificates,
each with a nominal value of NOK 25 and at a subscription price equalling NOK
103.5 per equity certificate. The equity certificates have been issued to
Sparebankstiftinga Etne, as consideration for the business which has been
transferred from Etne Sparebank.

Post-issuance of the new equity certificates, the total equity certificate
capital in the bank equals NOK 2 743 029 650 divided on 109 721 186 equity
certificates, each with a nominal value of NOK 25.
