Sikri Group ASA: New share capital registered and update on loan repayments

Oslo, 30 November 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
Sikri Group ASA (the "Company") on 22 November 2022 regarding completion of a
private placement of 10,000,000 new shares at a share price of NOK 10 per share.

The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company’s
new registered share capital is NOK 2,514,197.50, divided on 125,709,875 shares,
each carrying one vote at the Company’s general meeting and each with a nominal
value of NOK 0.02.

The proceeds from the private placement will be used for payment towards the
Company’s bridge facility. Including the positive cash effect of MNOK 71 from
the sale of Prognosesenteret (announced 1 November 2022), which partly is
allocated to the bridge facility, and partly allocated to the Company’s term
loan A, the bridge facility will now be fully repaid.
