Gram Car Carriers ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC")
on 29 November 2022 regarding completion of the acquisition of the mid-size car
carrier "Paglia", including the issuance of 563,218 new shares in GCC to F.
Laeisz GmbH at a subscription price of USD 17.4 (equal to approximately NOK
172.4) per share, as part settlement under the transaction (the "Consideration
Shares").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Consideration
Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises:

Share capital: NOK 85,357,580.78 (rounded)

Total number of shares: 29,285,022

Par value of each share: NOK 2.9147 (rounded)
