Court ruling appealed to Supreme Court

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic
Mining" or the "Company") on 24 October 2022 relating to the ruling from
Borgarting Court of Appeal in the case between its subsidiary, Nordic Rutile
("NRU"), and Artic Mineral Resources ("AMR").

AMR has appealed the ruling that confirms that NRU - within the limits of the
Norwegian Mining Act - has the rights to all minerals in the Engebø deposit. The
ruling is in line with the operating licence granted by the Ministry of Trade,
Industry and Fisheries in May 2022. Both the Oslo District Court and Borgarting
Court of Appeal ruled in favour of NRU, and concluded that AMR shall pay NRU's
legal expenses. NRU maintain that AMR's claims have no merit and will continue
to defend the case rigorously
