To build apartments in Stavern

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Agnes
Utvikling and Larvik Boligbyggelag to build 41 apartments in Stavern. The
contract is a turnkey contract valued at approximately NOK 136 million,
excluding VAT.

The Sjøparken project comprises 41 apartments in two buildings. The total gross
area is approx. 3,400 m2. In addition, outdoor areas and docking facilities will
be developed.

“Following a good collaboration period, we are now looking forward to continuing
the good partnership with Agnes Utvikling and LABO in the execution phase of
this project,” says Peter Sandrup, CEO of Betonmast.

Construction is scheduled to begin during Q1 2023, and is expected to be
completed in Q4 2024. The final go ahead for construction is contingent on
sufficient advance sales.
