Noreco: Successful Milestone on the Hook-Up and Commissioning of Tyra II

Oslo, 29 November 2022: Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco" or the "Company")
is pleased to announce that it has reached a milestone on the hook-up and
commissioning campaign of Tyra II with safe access and temporary power obtained
on the process module (the "TEG") in line with the plan. This milestone allows
the opening of further work fronts on the TEG and is an important step in the
final stage of the Tyra redevelopment project.
