Correction - Coburn Resources Pty. Limited - Approval of Prospectus – Remark regarding hyperlinks in prospectus

Reference is made to the announcement earlier today regarding the approval of
the prospectus prepared in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock
Exchange of bonds with ISIN NO0010955859, issued by Coburn Resources Pty Ltd.

The Prospectus attached to that announcement contained non-working hyperlinks on
page 50 of the prospectus. This is now corrected, see the prospectus attached to
this announcement. The content of the Prospectus has not been altered in any
way.
