Boa Offshore AS - Consolidated Third quarter report 2022

Boa Offshore AS reports consolidated operating revenues of NOK 617m including
gain of NOK 460m from exit of subsidiary in 3Q 2022 (NOK 179m in the same
quarter 2021). Operating profit before depreciation (EBITDA) was NOK 472m (NOK
48m). Net financial items was NOK -94m (NOK -18m) and Net profit was NOK 353m
(NOK -6m).
