Update on Infodoc partner agreement

Convene AS has received notice of termination from Infodoc AS regarding the
current partner agreement between the two parties.
The termination period runs until 17 October 2023, followed by a contractual
obligation to maintain existing functionality and operations for an additional
minimum period of 12 months. All Infodoc customers will therefore have access as
usual to Convene’s solutions for 23 months from today’s date, until at least 17
October 2024.
Convene remains committed to reaching a new agreement with Infodoc AS or an
alternative partner well before the end of this 23-month period. The partner
agreement with Infodoc AS represents approximately 25 percent of Convene’s total
annual invoice volume, representing revenues of around NOK 80 million per LTM Q3
2022 (adjusted for reduced debt collection fee levels).
