SIKRI GROUP ASA: Name change registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

25 November 2022, Oslo. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Sikri
Holding ASA (the "Company") on 24 November 2022 regarding the minutes from the
extraordinary general meeting and the extraordinary general meeting’s resolution
to change the Company's name to Sikri Group ASA. The name change has today, 25
November 2022 been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).
