Sale of vessel

ONS Ship Finance AS (‘the Company’), an associated company owned 38.6% of Color
Group AS (org.nr.958815018), have entered into a conditional Memorandum of
Agreement (MoA) to sell the vessel Edda Sun. The sale is expected to be
completed Q1 2023.
The sale of the vessel will result in a positive pre-tax accounting effect of
approximately MNOK 100 for the Company.
