Nordea Bank Abp – Change of tickers for bond loans

Reference is made to previous notifications regarding the merger between Nordea
Bank Abp and Nordea Direct Bank ASA. The merger was completed on 1 November 2022
and debt instruments issued by Nordea Direct Bank ASA were registered as issued
by Nordea Bank Abp from 1 November 2022.

Due to the merger, Nordea Bank Apb has resolved to change the tickers of the
following bond loans:

Bond issue with ISIN NO0010745557 and ticker GJEB27 PRO will change ticker to
NODA27 PRO.

Bond issue with ISIN NO0010792831 and ticker GJEB33 PRO will change ticker to
NODA33 PRO.

Bond issue with ISIN NO0010805401 and ticker GJEB34 PRO will change ticker to
NODA34 PRO.

Bond issue with ISIN NO0010822422 and ticker GJEB36 PRO will change ticker to
NODA36 PRO.

Bond issue with ISIN NO0010823859 and ticker GJEB37 PRO will change ticker to
NODA37 PRO.

Bond issue with ISIN NO0010832090 and ticker GJEB39 PRO will change ticker to
NODA39 PRO.

The ticker changes will be effective from 29 November 2022. ISIN numbers will
remain unchanged.
