Rønning, Chairman of the Board in Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company"), has today
bought 13,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 24.1782 per share.
Following the transaction, AR-Invest AS holds a total of 32,589 shares in the
Company. Asle Rønning holds no other shares in the Company, directly or
indirectly.
