Summons to bondholders’ meeting

ML 33 Holding AS (or the "Company") has today requested Nordic Trustee AS to
summon a bondholders' meeting under its senior secured bond issue with ISIN NO
0010768492 (the “Bond Issue”).

The purpose of the bondholders’ meeting is to consider a proposal for amendments
to the Bond Issue (the "Amendment Proposal"). The summons for bondholders'
meeting, including details on the Amendment Proposal, is attached to this
release. The Company has been in dialogue and received support from investors
representing a total of approximately 90% of the bonds prior to issuing this
summons.

Arctic Securities AS has been appointed as financial advisor to the Company.
