The equity capital certificates bought by SpareBank 1 Østlandet 21 and 22
November 2022 for use in the Bank’s savings programme, have been redistributed
to the participating employees at a price of NOK 113.6448 in accordance with
their savings amount.

After allocation the Bank owns 0 equity capital certificates.
