SIKRI HOLDING ASA: Disclosure of voting proxies for the Extraordinary General Meeting

Oslo, 23 November 2022. Nicolay Moulin has, as CEO of Sikri Holding ASA,
received proxies to vote for 42,469,884 shares at the extraordinary general
meeting on 24 November 2022 (the "EGM"), without any voting instructions,
representing 36.70% of the total shares and votes at the EGM. Including
1,249,985 shares (1.08%) of the total shares and votes at the EGM held by Mølle
Invest AS, a company directly controlled by Nicolay Moulin, Nicolay Moulin
represents 37.78% of the total shares and votes at the EGM.

The proxies received are only valid for the EGM and will lapse automatically
thereafter.
