Reference is made to the notice of a written resolution dated 16 November 2022
for Nova Austral S.A.'s in its 12.00 per cent. senior secured callable bonds
2020/2026 (NOVA02, ISIN NO 001 0894264). The proposed resolution to make certain
amendments to the bond terms was approved today. Please see the attached notices
from the written resolutions.
