Kraft Bank ASA – Successful placement of new T2 bond issue

Kraft Bank ASA has successfully issued a new dated subordinated Tier 2 bond of
NOK 40 million pricing at 3m NIBOR + 675bps.

Settlement date for the new issue is 2 December 2022.

The new bond issue will be applied for listing at Nordic ABM.

Pareto Securities acted as arranger for the bond loan.
