Resolution for transfer of Coburn Resources Pty Ltd bonds from Nordic ABM to Oslo Børs

Coburn Resources Pty Ltd has in a letter dated 21th November 2022, applied for
the company's bond COBUR01 PRO to be deregistered from Nordic ABM in accordance
to the AMB rules section 6.1(2), and new listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Today the Oslo Stock Exchange has made the following resolution:
“The bonds issued by Coburn Resources Pty Ltd COBUR01 PRO will be deregistered
from Nordic ABM from and including 24.11.2022. The first day of listing on the
Oslo Stock Exchange will be 29.11.2022”
