Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. – Key Information relating to 3Q22 cash distribution (update)

ATHENS, GREECE, November 22, 2022 - Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (the “Company” or
“OET”) (Oslo Børs: OET), will pay a cash distribution (the “Distribution”) to
shareholders through a write-down of paid-in capital.

Key information for the Distribution can be found below:

• Distribution amount: USD 10.0 million
• Distribution amount per share: approx. USD 0.30 per share
• Declared currency: USD. Payment to shares registered with Euronext VPS will be
distributed in NOK.
• Date of Board resolution: 9 November 2022
• Ex-date: 5 December 2022
• Record date: 6 December 2022
• Payment date: 9 December 2022
