offer set out in the offer document dated 22 November 2022 in respect of:

Mandatory offer to acquire the shares in NTS ASA made by Salmar ASA

Offer price: NOK 75.48184 per share

Offer period: From and including 23 November 2022 to 16:30 hours (CET) on 21
December 2022 (subject to extension)
