Please find below information of transactions made under the Equity Certificate
buy-back programme for Sparebanken Møre:

Announcement day of the buy-back programme: 27 October 2022
Duration of the buy-back programme: 31 October 2022 to 30 November 2022

From 14 November 2022 to, and including 18 November 2022 Sparebanken Møre has
purchased a total of 12,653 own Equity Certificates (EC) at an average price of
NOK 78.5778 per EC. Sparebanken Møre owns a total of 150,927 own ECs,
corresponding to 0.31% of total EC capital.

An overview of all transactions made under the buy-back programme that have been
carried out during the abovementioned time periode is attached.
