Purchase and sale of shares in Brage Finans AS

Fana Sparebank has on the 14th of November 2022 sold 4.342% of its shares in
Brage Finans, which corresponds to 5 935 017 shares. Sparebanken Sør is the
major buyer and has purchased 3 640 991 shares. After the transaction,
Sparebanken Sør will own 23.43% of Brage Finans and Fana Sparebank will own 1%.

653 010 shares are sold to eight of the nine saving banks in DSS (De
Samarbeidende Sparebankene). In total, these saving banks will increase their
ownership in Brage Finans with 0.5%. The buyers are Voss Sparebank,
Spareskillingsbanken, Flekkefjord Sparebank, Skudenes & Aakra Sparebank, Søgne &
Greipstad Sparebank, Luster Sparebank, Lillesands Sparebank and Etne Sparebank.

274 132 shares are sold to the saving banks in the LOKALBANK alliances. In
total, these saving banks will increase their ownership in Brage Finans with
0.2%. The buyers are Sparebank 68 grader Nord, Askim & Spydeberg Sparebank,
Ørland Sparebank, Aasen Sparebank, Nidaros Sparebank, Selbu Sparebank,
Sparebanken DIN, Stadsbygd Sparebank, Tolga-Os Sparebank and Drangedal
Sparebank.

1 366 884 shares are sold to three new shareholders. The buyers are Varig
Forsikring Nordmøre og Romsdal Gjensidig, Varig Hadeland Forsikring and Varig
Orkla Forsikring Gjensidig. In total, they will own 1% of Brage Finans.
