Liquidation accounts and proposed liquidation dividend

Oslo, 18 November 2022: The board of directors of AINMT ASA (in liquidation)
(the "Company") has prepared liquidation accounts in accordance with chapter-16
of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act. The liquidation
accounts have been audited by the Company's auditor.

The liquidation accounts and the auditor's report are attached. The Company will
call for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 12 December 2022 to approve
the liquidation accounts including the liquidation dividends. The Board also
proposes a liquidation dividend of NOK 0.30 øre per share, in total NOK
60,605,023.

Once the liquidation accounts are approved and the liquidation dividend paid the
Company will file for final liquidation of the Company.
