SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA – Result of Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank's purchase order

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 15 November
2022 regarding Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank's (the "Foundation") potential offer
to purchase up to approximately 1% of the shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA
through a reverse bookbuilding process.

The Foundation received acceptances for and has decided to complete the purchase
of a total of 2,557,510 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA at a price of NOK 118
per share.

Combined with the 72,419,305 shares already owned by the Foundation, the
Foundation's aggregate shareholding will be 74,976,815 shares, equivalent to
29.32% of the issued shares and voting rights in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA.

Pareto Securities AS and SpareBank 1 Markets AS were engaged as managers for the
transaction.
