Decision to increase equity

The board of Eika Boligkreditt AS resolved on 16 November 2022 to exercise the
mandate given it by the annual general meeting of 26 April 2022 to expand the
company’s equity by NOK 800 000 000. This issue is intended to increase its
capitalisation in order to handle the expected growth in bank financing as well
as new regulatory requirements.

The share capital will be increased by NOK 179 656 702, from NOK 1 225 496 642
to NOK 1 405 153 344, by issuing 179 656 702 shares with a nominal value of NOK
1 each through a private placement.

Following the issue, the company’s estimated equity ratio will be 5.62 per cent.
The subscription period will run from 23 November 2022 to 1 December 2022, with
the deadline for settlement set to 7 December 2022. The premium of NOK 620 343
298 from the issue will be allocated to the company’s share premium account.
Following the transaction, fully paid-up equity will total NOK 5 888 111 000.

Pursuant to the shareholder agreement, the owner banks and OBOS are required to
participate in the issue in proportion to each bank’s share of the residential
mortgage portfolio in Eika Boligkreditt AS at the last day of the quarter prior
to the decision on the equity issue.
