Tibidabo Industrier AS, a company 100% owned by Dag Teigland, chairman of the
board of Tekna Holding ASA ("Tekna"), has today bought 50.000 shares in Tekna at
a share price of NOK 6,92. After the transaction, Tibidabo Industrier AS owns
52.000 shares in Tekna equal to 0,04% of the total share capital and voting
