Quantafuel ASA | Changes to the Board of Directors – election of new employee representatives

In a recently concluded election, the employees of Quantafuel have elected
Anette Knoph Lerø as employee representative in the Board of Directors. Anette
will replace the current employee representative Berit Koppervik.

The replacement will have effect from 14. November 2022
