momox Holding AG sent notice to shareholders on 14. November 2022 to hold a
shareholders' meeting on 05. December 2022.

We propose the conversion from a German stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft,
AG) into a european stock corporation (Societas Europaea, SE), the amendment of
the company's articles of association and the change of the company's name to
momox Holding SE.
