Øivind Horpestad, CEO of Inin Group AS (formerly ELOP AS), has through the
company Gimle Invest AS, on November 14th bought a total of 54,029 shares in
Inin Group AS at an average price of NOK 1.89 per share. Following the
transaction Øivind Horpestad and related parties’ control 13,525,100 shares in
Inin Group AS.
