equity certificate buy-back program for Sparebanken Vest.

During the period 1 November 2022 to 9 November 2022 Sparebanken Vest has
purchased 170,200 equity capital certificates at an average price of 89.9941.
Following these transactions Sparebanken Vest now holds 311,899 equity capital
certificates. This corresponds to 0,3 % of the equity capital certificates.
