EIOF – Invitation to presentation of Q3 2022 results

Eidesvik Offshore ASA will release its Q3 2022 report on November 15, 2022. The
report will be available at www.eidesvik.no and www.newsweb.no.

A presentation of the results will be held on November 16, 2022, at 08:30 am CET
by CEO Gitte Gard Talmo and CFO Helga Cotgrove.

The presentation will be digital. Please register for the presentation by e-mail
