5th Planet Games and Skybound Entertainment to Co-Finance a New The Walking Dead game from Award-Winning Studio, Other Ocean Interactive and Mark Stanger confirmed as 5th Planet Games CEO by Company Board

COPENHAGEN, Nov 9th2022: 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG) is delighted to
announce that it has signed a co-financing agreement with Skybound Entertainment
for an unannounced new The Walking Dead game, being developed by the
award-winning studio Other Ocean Interactive, creators of the global hit
‘Project Winter’.

Commenting on the new co-financing agreement Mark Stanger, CEO at 5th Planet
Games said,
“This agreement is a significant moment for 5th Planet Games. Bringing together
a massive global entertainment brand like The Walking Dead with the studio
behind Project Winter is a huge win for 5PG”

In addition, the board of 5th Planet Games A/S have today confirmed Mark Stanger
as the CEO after he initially stepped in as Interim CEO in September of 2021.

future, as evidenced by the welcome H1 results and this excellent opportunity
