SHELF DRILLING Q3 2022 EARNINGS RELEASE INFORMATION

Dubai, November 07, 2022 – Shelf Drilling, Ltd. (“Shelf Drilling”, OSE: SHLF)
will report earnings for the third quarter of 2022 on Thursday, November 10,
2022.

An audio conference call will be held to discuss the results.
• Date: Thursday, November 10, 2022
• Time: 17:00 Gulf Standard Time (GST), 14:00 Central European Time (CET), 13:00
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), 08:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST)

A corresponding slide presentation will be posted on the Shelf Drilling website
before the call. The conference call will be recorded and posted onto the
company website within three working days of the conference call.
