SpareBank 1 Østlandet: Mandatory notification of trade – Allocation of equity capital certificates to savings programme

The equity capital certificates bought by SpareBank 1 Østlandet 28 and 31
October, and 1 November 2022 for use in the Bank’s savings programme, have been
redistributed to the participating employees at a price of NOK 113.08 in
accordance with their savings amount.

After allocation the Bank owns 0 equity capital certificates.
