Oslo, 3 November 2022: Andreas Hansson, Chairman of the Board in Kahoot! ASA
("Kahoot!"), has today acquired 100,000 shares at a price of NOK 20.0727 per
share.

Following the transaction, Andreas Hansson holds in total 100,000 shares in
Kahoot! In addition, Andreas Hansson holds 37,563 RSUs.
